AOC Côtes de Bordeaux – Aged in oak barrels
Our red wines are fermented between 25-30°c in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. We practice shedding in the middle of the fermentation to get a better extraction of the tannins. Temperature and density are monitored daily during the whole fermentation stage. This wine is aged in french oak barrels from 9 to 12 months.
