The fermentation of our red wine occurs from 25 to 30°C in stainless steel thermos regulated vats. To obtain the best of the phenolic compounds , soft tannins and fruity taste, we practice the delestage , racking and post-fermentation maceration of 8 days.

Nose: Fruity, fresh, with an explosion of rape back fruits like the black cherry, wild blackberries with a hint of spices, black pepper and licorice.
Palate: Nice structure, this wine has fat, a nice sweetness, fruity taste, juicy as if you were biting fresh fruits, with a fat silky finish.
Overall : This wine can go with grilled meat, white meat or hard cheese
Serve at 14-16°c
